*3-5 yrs recent acute care clinical experience w/ current RN licensure in the state of Florida.  Preferred clinical settings: ER, ICU, or Urgent Care

*Excellent nursing assessment skills

*Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills

*Excellent documentation skills

*Computer Literate with typing skills (30/words per minute)

 

**  Candidates must be flexible with scheduling

**  Must be able to sit for long time periods answering calls

 

** Triage and/or call center experience is a plus

** Work at home (telecommuting) may be a possibility after successful completion of probationary period.
